Production Details Fruit was manually harvested, selected and destemmed, then transferred to tanks for cold maceration and native-yeast fermentation. Total skin contact was 30 days, followed by 15 months in used French oak barrels. The producer recommends serving at 16–18°C and says decanting is unnecessary. The vineyard has a Mediterranean climate moderated by Pacific influence.
Tasting Notes Vivid violet colour; fresh ripe blueberry and plum aromas with peppery and spicy notes; medium-bodied, with an intense red-fruit core, silky texture, very soft rounded tannins, fresh acidity and a long finish.
