Production Details Santa Inés Vineyard, Isla de Maipo; 1.6 hectares divided among three blocks at 4,166 vines/ha. Grapes were hand-harvested into 10 kg bins, selected and destemmed, cold-macerated for 9 days, and fermented spontaneously at 22–24°C. Total maceration was 22 days. Maturation comprised 1 month and 6 days in neutral barrels followed by 18 months and 7 days in 2,500 L Austrian foudres; the producer states total maturation as 19 months.
