Production Details Fruit came from the Guarilihue vineyard in Itata, planted in 1905 at 5,100 vines per hectare under a rainy coastal-Mediterranean climate. The 2022 release was native-fermented in bins with 9% whole clusters, foot-trodden, and matured for 14 months in neutral/old barrels.
Tasting Notes Red fruit, native herbs and white pepper; intense and precise, with concentrated fruit, fresh acidity, rugged textured tannins and a long finish.
Food Pairing Brisket, pot roast, grilled ribeye or earthy legumes.

Production Details A cooler growing season delayed the Las Olvidadas harvest relative to the preceding year. País and San Francisco were fermented as intact whole bunches without destemming, a deliberate departure from earlier vintages.
Tasting Notes Fruit-led aromas with less pepper than earlier vintages; pronounced tannins that were less rustic than in previous years.

Production Details Dry-farmed fruit came from Santa Cruz de Guarilihue, 22 km from the Pacific, at 5,100 vines per hectare; the unrecorded planting date was estimated at 100–300 years earlier. Grapes passed over a traditional wooden-and-bamboo zaranda to separate stems; berries with some stems fell into open bins and received periodic punch-downs. Native yeasts were used, with no sulfite added during vinification, maturation or bottling. The wine matured in used barrels for 12 months.
Tasting Notes Medium-intensity ruby; perfumed red fruit, herbs and floral notes; medium-bodied with intense fruit, fresh acidity, textured gripping tannins and a long, deep finish.
