Production Details Fruit sourced from 3 different vineyards for complexity. 2 vineyards in Wilyabrup region close to coast (minerality and saline edge). Third vineyard in southern Margaret River (Karridale) for acid retention and pink grapefruit. Fruit picked in cool of night. Juice run off to combination used and new French oak varying sizes from barriques to puncheon. Wild ferment encouraged in some barrels, others inoculated. Left on lees for 10 months before blending and bottling. Fermentation: 100% French Oak - combination new and older oak.
