Production Details The 2021 Mischa Estate Cabernet Franc has a wonderfully complex, intriguing bouquet of aromas. Predominantly showcasing darker berry aromas such as blackcurrant and blackberries, this wine opens up beautifully with subtle hints of raspberry and spicy earth notes. Decanting and swirling of the glass transforms this wine into an expression of complex aromas on a canvas of the Mischa "It" factor. A medium to full bodied wine with a seamless balance of ripe and fruity tannins and expressive acidity. Dark fruit flavours, such as blackberry and plum dance on the palate, while subtle secondary flavours of soft French oak, white pepper and red berries develop on the mid-palate. The long, fruit driven finish is strengthened by the rich tannin structure that will leave the drinker wanting more.
