Production Details Origin: Western Cape, South Africa. Vineyards: selected pockets from Bosman's best vineyards grown on the rippling contours high up on the Groenberg near Wellington. All six components were vinified separately to preserve and express the unique characteristics of each varietal. The wines were matured in French oak barrels for 10 months, of which 15% was new oak.
