Production Details All parcels except Carignan were fermented as 100% whole bunches; Carignan was 100% destemmed. Caps were punched down a couple of times daily for gentle extraction.
Tasting Notes Rosewater, rhubarb coulis and Agen prunes on the nose; fine-grained, integrated tannins with black olive, dark red fruits and toasted wood spice on the palate.
