Production Details Juice settled overnight; clear juice was separated from lees and inoculated with selected yeast. Fermentation was stopped after a few days at approximately 2–3° Balling to retain natural grape sugar and produce a medium-sweet style.
Tasting Notes Pale straw yellow with a subtle green hue; sweet Muscat aromas with bergamot orange, kiwi and yellow citrus; light-to-medium body and a persistent delicate-Muscat aftertaste
