Production Details Minimal pre-fermentation skin contact followed by cold fermentation; grapes are dryland farmed near Darling and picked early in the season.
Tasting Notes Dry and Provence-style, with a salmon/soft peachy-pink hue, juicy cherry fruit, floral and spicy notes, a slight sea-salt tang, freshness, texture and substantial palate weight.
Food Pairing Serve well chilled, either on its own or with a wide variety of culinary accompaniments.
