Production Details Some grapes were harvested by hand and others mechanically. Fruit was sorted; hand-harvested grapes were sorted again in the cellar. Whole berries fermented at 25–30°C with regular pump-overs.
Tasting Notes Blackberries, plums, fruitcake, dark toffee, cloves and integrated roasted oak; medium-bodied, with soft lively tannins and a lingering berry finish.
Food Pairing Red meat, roasts, mild curries, hard cheese, creamy sauces and mushroom dishes.
