Production Details Grape varieties used in this blend were sorted and fermented separately. The wines were also matured separately in new 600 litre French oak barrels. After 30 months' maturation, the wines were blended. Bottling happened in March 2025. Although the growing season saw less rain than average, the winter was cold and vineyard conditions supported even bunch development. Mild summer temperatures without heat waves ensured exceptional flavour development.
