Production Details Fruit comes from a 42 year old dry land bush vine vineyard that relies on natural rainfall. The wine is made with minimal intervention to reflect authenticity and sense of place. Grapes are hand harvested into small baskets early in the morning, whole bunch pressed for gentle juice extraction, then fermented cold and naturally very slowly before ageing on the lees for added complexity and integration of acidity.
