Production Details Harvested at 22 degrees Balling; destemmed, crushed and immediately drained at the press. Free-run and press juice were kept separately and cold fermented, then fined and blended after fermentation.
Tasting Notes Pale peach; raspberry, strawberry and candy floss; delicate, smooth berry flavors; medium-bodied with a lingering dry finish.
