Production Details Grapes from various Western Cape sites were harvested at optimum ripeness, destalked, crushed, fermented for seven days in stainless-steel tanks, pressed, put through malolactic fermentation, stabilised, and stored until bottling. Reported vineyard yield was 7 tonnes per hectare.
Tasting Notes Mulberry and blackberry aromas; strawberry, cherry and plum on the palate; delicate, balanced tannins on the finish.
Food Pairing Traditional braai or bobotie, roast duck, lamb, and dark-chocolate soufflé.
