Production Details Family Reserve bottling from three low-yielding old-vine Touriga vineyards. Hand harvested at optimum ripeness, fermented in traditional lagars with gentle manual pigeage. Individual parcels were aged for 26 months in first- and second-fill 300L French oak barrels prior to blending, then bottled after light filtration. Produced in limited quantities and intended for careful cellaring.

Nose: ripe black plum, kirsch, bramble jam, fynbos, tangerine zest, five spice, meaty undertones
Palate: black hedgerow fruits, plum, tart red cherry, cloves, allspice, blood orange, pomegranate, savoury finish, liquorice
