Production Details Grapes were handpicked, basket pressed and barrel fermented using only yeast naturally present on the grapes. The wine was made oxidatively with limited oxygen exposure during early winemaking, with no additives except a little sulfur, then aged for one year in older barrels before blending and bottling in January 2011.
