Production Details The final blend was selected through statistical analysis of the producer's subconscious responses to 21 white-wine components from 21 vineyards; the components were in barrel and ready for blending and bottling, and the resulting Limbic blend was bottled separately from the consciously assembled Orbitofrontal Cortex control. A producer-hosted Fiona Beckett article dated 16 September 2016 reports 49% Chenin Blanc, 17% Clairette Blanche, 13% Viognier, 13% Pinot Gris and 9% Vermentino for Limbic; those figures total 101%, while the official product page omits Vermentino from its varietal list, so the precise percentage formula and Vermentino inclusion remain unresolved.
