Production Details Juice was inoculated with pure yeast cultures and fermented at approximately 16°C; the wine clarified naturally under gravity, was filtered, carbonated to 5.8 bar at 20°C, bottled, and labelled.
Tasting Notes Pale straw; fresh, crisp and fragrant, with grapefruit, kumquat, gooseberry, passion fruit, lime and a crisp green-apple finish.
