Production Details Between 6% and 15% of each variety was extracted, inoculated with pure yeast cultures and fermented at approximately 16°C. The wine clarified naturally under gravity before filtration and bottling.
Tasting Notes Strawberry, cherry, rose petals, candy floss and white pepper on the nose; crushed strawberry, prunes, red jelly, lemon zest, refreshing crispness and subtle sweetness on the palate; long, elegant finish.
Food Pairing Serve well chilled with seafood, pasta or cold meats; also suitable on its own.
