Production Details Fruit came from a single organically farmed Syrah vineyard in Voor-Paardeberg. The 2015 grapes underwent 100% whole-bunch fermentation in an open tank: they were foot-stomped and fermented naturally. The wine matured for 12 months in old French oak, and the entire vintage was bottled in 1.5-litre magnums.
