Production Details Hand-picked early in the morning; force-cooled to 4°C; bunch-sorted, destemmed and partially crushed before pressing; clear juice inoculated and fermented at 14°C for 22 days; racked from gross lees and retained on fine lees for three months with weekly stirring; protein- and cold-stabilised; fine-sheet filtered before bottling.
Tasting Notes Tropical fruit, white pear, litchi, floral notes and minerality; clean and fresh with ample body, a succulent fruit core and generous aftertaste
