Production Details Various portions subjected to skin-contact. Fermentation and aging in old oak barrels and clay amphorae. Grapes from two distinctly different regions: Palomino from Piekenierskloof in Citrusdal, Chenin Blanc and Alvarinho from Stellenbosch vineyards.
Tasting Notes Stone fruit, citrus pith, green cardamom, potpourri, good fruit density, textured and complex palate, maritime salinity, and zippy acidity.
