Production Details Fruit comes from two main blocks. One lies just above the dam on a south-facing site with original rootstocks on rocky terrain; it is dry-farmed and left to fend for itself. The second block is closer to the winery and planted to bush vines. Regenerative and biodynamic farming. Whole-bunch, spontaneous fermentation. Aged in 600-litre French oak barrels.
