Production Details Grapes came from Tokara properties in Stellenbosch, Elgin and the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley (Walker Bay); they were harvested at 22–24 °Brix with acidity around 7 g/L.
Tasting Notes Pale straw with a green rim; floral aromas with lime, lemon rind and apricot, supported by buttered toast and marzipan; fresh and crisp with lemon rind, lime and baked apple, followed by a lingering dry finish and subtle toasted oak.
