Production Details Grapes were picked at 21–23 °Brix with acidities of 6–7 g/L, then destemmed and crushed before pressing into stainless-steel tanks for overnight settling. The juice was racked to barrel with some lees added back. The wine was bottled in October 2024 after tartrate stabilisation and filtration.
Tasting Notes Brilliant pale straw; naartjie skin, marzipan, lightly toasted brioche, cinnamon and vanilla aromas; pink grapefruit, chalkiness and fennel on the palate, with silky texture and a long finish.
Food Pairing Apricot-and-almond chicken tagine with lemon-and-feta couscous, or served as an aperitif.
