Production Details Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon were hand harvested early in the morning into 8 kg lug boxes. The cultivars were fermented separately, pressed, blended, and the best barrels selected by organoleptic evaluation. Low-intervention winemaking was used throughout, and the wine was bottled on site.
Tasting Notes Deep dark ruby; ripe, juicy dark fruit including mulberry; dark chocolate, fennel and graphite; bold, smooth structure, velvety tannins and a long finish.
