Production Details Grapes were harvested into 20 kg lug boxes, pre-cooled, hand-sorted, destemmed and crushed; the free-run juice settled overnight before inoculation.
Tasting Notes Pale lemon-gold; ripe peach, pear, litchi, melon, citrus rind and white coriander spice; fresh, pure and luscious, with lingering acidity and a dense fruit-core finish.
