Production Details The 2021 vintage is described by Saxenburg as having excellent natural acidity, with fresh and well-integrated fruit and spice. New practices including submerged-cap fermentation and whole-bunch ferments were used to add layered complexity. Saxenburg also notes that this Vinoteque release was stored and matured under optimal conditions before sale.

Nose: black pepper, white pepper, cloves, cumin, coriander seeds, violet blossoms, cassis, black cherries, ripe blackberries
Palate: fine velvety tannin, lingering aftertaste, balanced fruit and spice, fresh, well-integrated, medium body, lingering finish
