Production Details Organic Chenin Blanc grapes sourced from organic vineyards 32km inland from Atlantic Ocean, valley floor of hot and semi-arid region, planted in loamy soils. Grapes bunch sorted and destemmed. Naturally fermented in stainless steel. Six months further aging on lees. Assemblage made up and bottled.
