Production Details Organic Chenin Blanc grapes sourced from organic vineyards no further than 40km inland from Atlantic Ocean, planted in sandy and decomposed granitic soils. Grapes bunch sorted and destemmed. Natural fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Three months aging on lees. Wine blended and bottled.
