Production Details Grapes were harvested and sorted carefully by hand. The wine combined two whole-berry ferments: one small lot with 30% whole bunches and another with 100% whole bunches. Punch-downs were performed 1–3 times daily, and the wine was racked twice during fermentation.
Tasting Notes Deep ruby; red cherries, cranberries, rhubarb, Parmesan shavings and grapefruit pith; elegant, juicy acidity, understated body, red-fruit character, gentle finish and structure.
