Production Details This Chardonnay was made using fruit from 2 sites: Helderberg and Polkadraai (Mulderbosch). Mulderbosch sought a finely tuned balance between fruit purity and palate density. French oak barriques were used to build Chardonnay maturation potential while preserving freshness and fruit purity. Half of the wine was aged sur lie in stainless steel and half in a combination of barrels and foudre for 9 months.
