Production Details The grapes were whole bunch pressed to tank and left to settle overnight. Half of the juice went to oak, split 50% new and 50% neutral, and the other half was fermented in stainless steel tanks. After 6 months of elevage on lees in their respective fermentation vessels, the components were blended and placed in larger-format foudres for a further 6 months. The wine was then given a light filtration prior to bottling.

Nose: white chocolate, toffee, sweet vanilla fudge, sandalwood
Palate: pineapple, citrus zest, long finish, viscosity, depth of flavour
