Production Details 5 barrels made. Grapes from two dryland old-vine Stellenbosch parcels: Geluksoord near the Bottelary Hills and Karibib in the Polkadraai Hills. Hand-harvested, chilled overnight, settled in stainless steel, then fermented in large seasoned French oak barrels. Racked, sulphured, protein-stabilised, and gently filtered prior to bottling. Free SO2 44 ppm; total SO2 102 ppm.
