Production Details Pinot Noir harvested early March 2023 from Upper Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. Cinsaut harvested early February 2023 from Jonkershoek Valley, Stellenbosch. 2022 growing season: 650mm rainfall, warm and dry January-February without extreme heatwaves. Varietals vinified separately, then blended and matured 2-3 months pre-bottling.
