Production Details 1,000 L total production. Grapes hand-sorted. Cold maceration for 2 days. Alcoholic fermentation lasted approximately 6 days with pump-overs every 4 hours. Racked twice during 18-month maturation. Best wines selected after 12 months for additional 6-month maturation.
