Production Details Cape blend from specially selected Helderberg vineyards farmed by hand with crop reduction for quality. Grapes were sorted by hand and fermented in small bins with natural fermentation and hand punch-downs before pressing to barrel. The wine underwent natural malolactic fermentation and was matured in a specially selected combination of matured French oak barrels for 16 months before blending.

Nose: aromatic floral notes, sweet spices, sour cherry, red tea, sugared orange peel
Palate: ripe strawberries, cherries, soft juicy tannins, gentle vanilla oak, smoky charcuterie savouriness, lengthy lingering aftertaste
