Production Details Fermented in overhead retort-shaped stainless steel fermentors with pump-overs three times daily. Selected tanks received extended skin maceration after fermentation. The wine was moved by gravity and gently pressed, then racked to barrel for malolactic fermentation before spending 23 months in new and used French oak barrels and being lightly filtered before bottling.
