Production Details 22 months in French oak — Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in 100% new French oak, remaining varieties in second-fill. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and 5,000L truncated open-top casks. 4-day cold soak pre-fermentation. Cabernet Sauvignon underwent 2-week post-fermentation maceration. South-facing slopes, 7km from the sea.
