Production Details Harvested at 24.5° Balling; fruit was hand sorted. Trellised vineyards in Stellenbosch and Darling received canopy management including leaf removal, tipping, and shoot positioning.
Tasting Notes Ruby red; ripe black cherries, herbs, subtle forest floor, plums, ripe blackberries, smooth tannins, medium body, and a structured, balanced finish.
Food Pairing Chargrilled Gruyère burger, marinated steak, or grilled vegetable salad.
