Production Details A unique white blend crafted exclusively from Delheim's oldest vineyard blocks, planted between 1984 and 1988. Each component originates from a Certified Old Vine Project site, reflecting heritage, resilience, and terroir expression. Only five barrels - one from each vineyard block - were produced. The grapes were hand-harvested in the early morning and whole-bunch pressed to achieve purity and finesse. Natural fermentation takes place in French oak barrels (15% new wood). The wines are matured on fine lees for nine months to build texture and complexity. The final blend is created by the cellar team in a small-batch boundary-pushing experiment. Crafted as a cellar-driven innovation showcasing the potential of old vines and terroir.
