Tasting Notes Complex tropical and citrus aromas; passion fruit, pineapple, lemon, and pear; elegant, crisp, refreshingly dry and balanced, with a long fruit-and-acidity finish.
Food Pairing Light summer dishes and seafood; also suitable as a crisp summer drink on its own.
