Production Details Picked in small crates and kept in the cold room overnight before being processed and sorted the following day. Grapes were fermented on the skins for 12 days, before it was pressed and racked to the barrels. Matured in 1-4th fill French barrels for 12 months (12% new wood). Blocks were blended together in April 2023.
