Production Details Single-vineyard Chenin Blanc from a vineyard planted in 1977 in the Piekenierskloof ward of the Citrusdal mountain district. The vineyards are farmed by the Sandell family and team. The wine was fermented and matured for 10 months in old neutral 500L French barrels with no yeast or enzymes added, then bottled after coarse filtration. The producer says the wine aims to tell a story about a specific site, soil and farmer.
