Production Details The 2024 season was characterized by an extremely wet and cold winter and spring, followed by very dry and windy conditions in summer, which significantly impacted crop size. January was very warm, leading to an early harvest. Grapes were carefully hand-picked at optimal ripeness between 21°B - 23°B, split over two picks: the first for higher natural acidity, and the second for texture and mouthfeel. The grapes were de-stalked, crushed, and pressed, and the juice was fermented in older oak barrels. Extended aging on the fine lees with regular batonage took place over a period of 11 months in older barrels.
