Production Details The 2025 harvest saw slightly below-average volumes after dry late-summer and harvest conditions, with good natural acidity and sugar levels. The grapes were de-stemmed and given two hours of skin contact before clear free-run juice was fermented. The wine was kept on the lees until bottling, with no lees stirring and no malolactic fermentation. Wood maturation was 11 months in French oak barrels, with 85% in second-fill and third-fill barrels and 15% in new French oak barrels.
