Production Details The Vineyards are found on the slopes of the Olifantsrivier Mountain on the Paleisheuwel Road. Dryland Vineyards grown in a Rhone-like climate, ideal for growing Shiraz. The grapes were basket pressed after alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in the barrel. The wine spent 18 months in third fill French Oak Barrels.
