Production Details Grapes came from a dry-farmed Darling bush-vine vineyard and an irrigated, trellised Paarl vineyard. Fruit was hand-harvested early in the morning; free-run juice settled for two days before racking and cold fermentation.
Tasting Notes Pale straw yellow; pineapple, ripe stone fruit, guava, honeysuckle, lemon blossom, concentrated citrus fruit, and lees-aged creaminess.
