Production Details Fruit was sourced from selected vineyards in Darling, Swartland and Paarl. Vineyard parcels were vinified separately; grapes were destalked and gently crushed before fermentation, with regular extraction to build colour, flavour and tannin.
Tasting Notes Deep ruby; ripe blackberry, dark cherry and plum; black pepper and subtle savoury spice; concentrated dark fruit, fresh acidity and finely structured tannins; gentle oak warmth and depth; polished, lasting finish.
Food Pairing Slow-roasted lamb, pepper-crusted beef, venison, rich mushroom dishes and mature hard cheeses.
