Pressing Method Viognier Was Whole-Bunch Pressed.
Production Details Grapes were handpicked and sorted before pressing; the varieties were vinified separately using methods selected for each component.
Tasting Notes Pale yellow; fresh mango, peach and spring-blossom aromas; subtle oak spice; stone fruit and creamy lees texture; crisp acidity; bright, balanced finish.
Food Pairing Creamy seafood pasta, grilled prawns, seared scallops with lemon butter, roast chicken, mildly spiced Asian dishes, sushi, or fresh salads with citrus dressing.
